Looks sooooo good. I'll definitely be making some pastrami soon. Can't find good pastrami around here to save my life. Tried making it once but didn't have any coriander seeds, all things considered it turned out ok but nothing to brag about.
Loved the pictures, now you've got my mouth watering.
