I know these ribs are thin. My butcher knows I want the meat on the bacon and loins. These were from one of my pigs. Seasoned with the gospel then when about done cooked on some BBQ sauce. I hurried them. They needed more time as they was a bit tough but tasted amazing. I will be doing these more

I like pork ribs thin like that . Look perfect . Pellet grills make some great food .
I have a lot more to cook. But yeah, these thin ribs get more seasoning and smoke taste over a big meaty rib.

I agree with Rich, I like the thin ribs. And homegrown too? Doesn't get any better than that. Really nice rib cook...

Those look good from here! Wash'em down with a banquet - what could be better!

Very nice, I really like rib singles done like that, I prefer them with a bit of a bit too!

Thanks everyone. I will be doing more of these for sure. Faster cooking and seasoning all around the ribs

I agree Adam love the extra flavor, bark and a quick cook.
Yours looks great to me!
How did you like the sauce? Never tried it.
