So today I have both The Mistress (Bell Fab offset, 24 x 36" )and the Brinkmann Cimarron going! I haven't ever had more than one smoker going at the same time before...
Should be fun, I'll post a tad bit of que view later but it's not real convenient since all we have is my wife's super-camera (weighs as much as a good chuckie :-) Plus, I have to take it back in the house after a shot, she won't let me leave it lying around in the garage
For eats, The Mistress has pulled pork and a huge chuckie, plus 30 ABTs and a cut-up whole chicken. The B.C. will house 4 racks of ribs...doing Dutch's Beans and party potatoes in the oven. Expecting 14 - 18 people, but who knows.
ps - The lovely B-mom, is making her fantastic deviled eggs, an Oriental-style coleslaw and some brownies. She's getting in on the act today
