Takes about two hours to get to Lackawaxen from here---Guessing 80-90 miles.

I used to haunt Saw Creek, Red Rock Run, Pine Flats, Little Bushkill, and Shohola (before they made the lake). Never did too good on Lackawaxen---Not my kind of water for Trout---Too big (My Fault though).

Gouldsboro, Shohola, Fairview, Wallenpaupack, Pecks, not to mention Delaware River Smallmouths, in the Lackawaxen Pool, by Zane Gray???

Welcome! Even though I'm a Mets fan, I was rooting for those Pirates in the post-season! :)

Yeah I'm a huge baseball fan and die hard pirate fan. It hurt to lose to St. Louis but they had a hell of a season. The city came alive for that wild card game and 1st round. No one was even paying attention to the steelers that week
