Pa members please join up for some general chat for our area.   Meat deals, anything like that.

Some of us are trying to have a get to together this summer.    I am sure we all have members on this forum close to one another.

Smokin Peachy in the old posting you mention Buttonwood Camp Ground I look them up and  I see that they also have cabins this would be nice if someone didn't want to pull a trailer or doesn't have one. Rates seemed very reasonable could you contact them and discuss what we are planning and see if they would work with us maybe even offer a discount for us.

We had over a 1000 hits on old posting and over 300 on this one it seems the interest is there. Looks like we need to start working on a date what do you think.

I have camped here before and it is an ok place. Not a lot of shade and the sites ar pretty close together but if we do it in the fall it shouldn't be that bad.
CFarmer and I were discussing trying to get this going again last week so we need to see what he thinks. He mentioned having it at his place if there isn't much interest.
I would be glad to reach out to this campground as soon as we have an idea of how many could make it.

Looks like its mostly for RV people.    Site says only has 10 cabins.

I can drive there in 45 mins so it doesn't matter to me.   I wont be staying.

That's the problem getting some kind of count before making any kind of arrangements. I'm sure where it's to be held will also have a bearing on who will attend. Most likely people in western Pa will not attend one held in eastern Pa and vice versa.

If anyone needs any apple or plum wood let me know. I know of some Amish that are cutting the trees down in an orchard in central PA.

Looked at this sight couldn't make a reply I'm an outsider. 

But c farmer could have a lot of help getting up hay. I agree fall would be better and cooler don't need stinking it hot.

Well if i was still in NEPA i would attend.

N, FL Gathering looks to be history now. However the S, FL is going strong and we had a great time. Going again this year to both S, FL
