All the stores are out of Hickory here. Would rather not travel all day looking for hickory chunks. Lol

I bought a bag of cherry and one Apple. About 10 lbs of $6.99 ea. The HD store had 4 lb bags Kingsford hickory chunks for almost $10 ' [emoji]129300[/emoji] what the?

So I had a choice at a big store of cherry,Apple, maple, oak, mesquite and Adler or something.. chips they had the same plus hickory and Jack Daniels barrel wood lol

Just took two 8" diameter hickorys, an old 6" apple and a butt load of oak down on the back 40. I have to go back with my wagon, section, split and stack for next  season. (I was suppose to be getting firewood for next Winter but got distracted

I use maybe a paper bag size bunch of wood chunks in a summer. Way easier to just buy it at the store while I'm buying groceries. [emoji]128512[/emoji]

The Walmart here has hickory splits!

I just buy them & cut my own chunks with a chop saw for the WSM & SV24.

Or use the splits in my offset.

I pick up wood on amazon made by Western.  Always seemed good, most is prime too.

You order wood by mail?
I found some today at the store . In bulk. Lol splits

I live in metro Detroit. There are 50 stores within 15 miles that sell bags of chunks. I just didn't feel like driving around to find hickory yesterday.

I totally buy all on Amazon.  in SLC my butcher has wood but they charge too much for it and home depots is more chippy than chunk.

Wall Mart price was a buck cheaper for western 8# bags than another store I was at earlier. They were almost out too. It looks like they all buy a certain amount and when it's gone it's gone. I don't think they care about wood chunks now with back to school stuff.
