This is kinda funny.  I just posted my first attempt at snack sticks in the Jerky Section

Just looked at other sight where you made the sticks Question did you not use a casing or you did. I have never made sticks yet. Next Question the pellets were they lose or wafers. I have a 40" gasser that I use a fry pan in and was wondering if they would work in place of chips.

The sticks were skinless this time.  Next time I'll try some casings.  There's no problem making skinless snack sticks--they're just as firm as the ones with casings.

As for the pellets, they were just ordinary pellets like | usually burn in my AMNPS, only they were made to burn in a pellet pooper.  Hope that helps
