organic anti caking agents

has any one ever used rice as an anti caking agent? i am considering grinding a little in my spice mill to add to my rub to keep it from clumping. any thoughts  ?

Hmmm. Interesting idea , I use Rice to clean my grinder but , if I can remember it , I'll try that next batch of Rub I make. Waste not , want not
