This will be my first smoker and it will (should) be ready for me to put together when I get home for R&R. I am so stoked! I can't wait to get it ready to go and do some spare ribs.

Congrats!!

Oh yeah, I will definitely have some step by step Q-view as a stumble my way through the process. :)

hey onoku you will love that smoker. one little tip on the assembly

when you tighten down the bolts on the inside brackets go back

and forth from top to bottom bolts tighten down a little at a time.

to much on either could snap the bolt. least it did with me .

good smokn.

I got my WSM last week and smoked a butt on it this weekend, you will love it fire it up and after you get it set forget it

I'm right there with you, my new WSM is getting fired up for the 1st time today. I'm only 1 hour into the smoke but the temp is holding great. Unlike my ole' Chargriller...

My wife informed me that my smoker and et-73 did indeed arrive and is waiting for me to put together when I get home. I can't wait!
