Looks good David . Especially for cooking on a grill .
I like the sourdough for a Detroit style pizza , but not as much for a regular " style " . Like you say it's good , but my brain expects something else .

Very appealing pizza David and nice lookin' crust to boot. There is so much to learn going down that rabbit hole when it comes to making pizza dough i.e. hydration level, 000 flour, etc... so far I've resisted diving in but your effort is tugging at me. Stop that! 🤣

Wow David that looks terrific! We love a good pizza, topped with the works just like yours! Never tried a SD crust pizza though...may have to give that a try!

Looks great David! Would kill a whole by myself easily.

Thanks Arron for the like and the comment

It was very thick and tasty, I stopped at 3 pieces as I had to work in the shop for a while, did not want to curl up for a nap on the table saw, lol

Wow David those pies look great! That crust looks perfect for me.

Thanks Brian for the wow and the comment

The SD one came out very good, the crust is close to using reg. pizza dough but you have to let it relax more during the stretching process, at least for me .

Yes I do a lot of pizza's on the Q especially in the summer because of the heat in the house.

I found the SD did not like being on the paddle during the build, next time i will put down a piece of parchment so it comes off better. Than remove after a minute or so on the stone.

You are right about expecting one thing and brain says that is different , what happened.

Now I have to look up Detroit style pizza , lol

First off, I will not tug at you lol, just because. NOT that there is anything wrong with that, ( Seinfeld remark ) lol

There is a lot to learn as I am just getting into it a little. I am more on the what I want out of it and that is what I am following. Soft breads, pizzas, deserts etc

I only use reg, AP flour, feed my starter when needed. The whole process is great, and a whole world out there to discover.

Thanks Joel for the love and the comment.

We love a good pizza also, and quite often. The SD pizza was very nice , but to be honest I prefer my regular dough that I posted above. Can make and or manipulate to many other things also.

Mona enjoyed the SD pizza , so I will be making it again.

Maybe try a nice smoked clubhouse one with the SD.

Good lookin pie! I love all pizza, the SD takes the heat better, so I can brown the cheese without worry of torching the crust. But a nice this yeast crust is crunchier. cant go wrong with pie!

I'm with you , I will eat almost any kind of pizza, well because its pizza.

The SD was nice and we both liked it. I'm just set in my liking of my pizza yeast dough. Will do the SD again .

Looks good. I noticed the bottom was cooked well by the cross section. Congrats

Thanks Jond36 for all the likes and the comment

It was a very good pizza, and yes the crust was almost too well done as I had the stone up just a little too high and the extra flour to get it off the pizza paddle made it a little too dark. But like I said it's pizza and it was good. LOL
