Order of Posts

OK.. I know this is a dumb question. But for the life of me... it seems random??? Why is it, that sometimes the posts are newest to oldest (4,3,2,1) and sometimes the thread starts from the first one and goes down? (1,2,3,4)

Are you logged in when post are in the 4321 and logged out when they are in the 1234? Atleast thats how ive notice the order, its just based on logging in or out..

If your still havin' trouble when you are logged you can go to display modes dropdown and change up between linier, hybrid, and threaded modes.

I set it in my user cp-->edit options-->Thread Display Options to show linear oldest first.

Smoke_Chef I hear ya this forum is twisted compared to any others I've been on. And do you all have to log off and then on to read new post.

fireguy hit it on the head as far as 1234/4321, depends if logged on. if you want to switch it around u can in user cp, abar i had probs with having to log back in at first also when switching threads. but per instructions i got from here checked the remember me box when i logged in and havent logged on since.
