Opening of the plenum

Hi there,
I am making good progress on the drawing board.
A little detailed question on the plenum. I designed it on the flat side of the cilinder.
The opening is rectangular and about 10% more sqare centimeters than the survace of the stack
The opening is suited in between the two foodracks.
Any comments on this? shape ok, location in the sidewall ok?

The 90` elbow is to sharp of a corner (to much friction)... This is the way I did mine with the bottom angled... the whole inside of the plenum was cut out on the cook chamber in between the two grates
