One Smoked Chicken

Just started smoking bird.Brined it all night,rubbed it this morning.
Smoked at 350 it until temp. reached 168.



Getting ready to eat it before wife gets home

I see that John posted his two birds,must be the day for chickens.

I saved her a little so maybe I'll be o.k.,but if you don't see me logged on tomorrow you'll know things didn't go well for me.
