This is the before and after pictures of one rack of baby back ribs I did today.
When I went to put the ribs on a plate they came apart because they were so tender, wish I'd smoked more now.

Cook more next time, I bet there will be plenty of help to eat them!!

good job..........

but i am going blind in my old age........them bb's or spares?

they look kc cut............

There are baby back ribs,I should of posted bigger pictures because they're a little hard for me to see to.
I did the 2-2-1 method instead of the 3-2-1 method and they turned out so tender the met fell of the bone.
I can't wait to do them again because this was the first time I did the 2-2-1 method.

Ribs are just like lays potato chips, no one should do just one! What were you thinking? I bet you will never do that again!
