I guess one of the few good things bout the economy crashing is that meat prices are going down. This week fresh (not enhanced ) butts for $1.17 a lb
jimmie dean sausage $2.50 a lb & black angus porterhouse for $ 7.19 a lb

butts here at the Pig for .99 lb and brisket 2.99....usually get sausage 2 fer $5 or 2 fer $4.........guess where I'm going after work??
