Old smoker reused for cold smoking

Since I built a big new electric smoker I decided to turn old little smoker in to cold smoker for cheese works great !

The out come Iam very happy ! Wrapped and in fridge now can't wait to eat !

 I am a fan of cold smoke over hot myself. Great idea for your old smoker over throwing it out!

Thank you ! Couldn't see scraping box in great shape still and it's fully insulated and temp gauge works ! It was 65 out that day box stayed at 90
