I have been looking at the forum threads and getting Jeff's newsletter for some time, but decided it was time to jump in. I live in the southern Piedmont of NC and have been smoking for several years, first with a 'Smokenator' on my Weber Kettle grill, then with a reverse flow 'three-butt' smoker that works very well. Thanks for all of the hints, helps and recipes that ya'll (that's southern for you all) have provided and I look forward to more input going forward. Good job, everyone.
