Target is selling this for $270 and I'm tempted. I currently have a MB Gravity 560 and used to have a Weber Smokey Mountain. Thinking about getting back into the drum smoker game.... Is this a little more set and forget than the WSM? I like the idea of hanging ribs and cuts of meat.

i love my Bronco ! had it almost a year . it's almost set it and forget it , great for smoking over night . makes great food but being honest .... using my offset does make slightly better food but the offset has to be babysat the whole time . i'd absolutely get the bronco again .
