Last Saturday I smoked a pork tenderloin using the Oklahoma Joe’s rub. I modified the sauce to include Arrington Vineyard’s Blackberry Wine (their Raspberry Wine is just as good!) and eliminated the vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.

That wine makes the sauce pop so good. I can’t ever get over this recipe, it’s just so good.

this is where I get my raspberry and blackberry wine.

Pork tenderloin looks great! Juciy and a nice smoke ring.

How did you make the wine sauce? There’s a winery very close to me that makes a lot of sweeter fruit wines. My wife loves them and would like this...plus the wine is already on hand.

Look at the sauce part. Eliminate the vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Replace with 1/3 cup of wine.

Looks like perfection to me ! Lived about 15 mins from Arrington Vineyards in 2014and visited them several times. They had free concerts on the lawn . Beautiful facility and great people.
