Hi everyone, happy Memorial Day weekend. Let's always remember those who gave all of their tomorrows for all of our todays. This is Daryl from Newalla, OK and I've surfed around the site for a couple years now when needing advice on smokes and decided to go ahead and make it official. Currently have a MES 40" and using Maverick ET-733 wireless. I'll be doing two 8lb butts tomorrow, and I've got two bacon cheeseburger fatties I will prolly throw on around 5 hour mark when I wrap butts. Might even try a couple Vidalia onions (core about halfway and add butter, seasoning, and some bacon on top). Will try to remember to get some pics up when everything's done!!
