Going with 2 racks of BB in the OKJ Bronco.

My rubs for today. The Starnes is the binder for the dry.

Daisy chain the hooks so they dont come off.

In the Bronco with a chunk of pecan at 250*
2 hours with smoke and then wrap for 1 hour.....No not interested in fall off, I have toofes :emoji_astonished::emoji_laughing:

Bronco ribs were a big hit.
Just me and wife so gave the other rack to daughter.
Did a very small chunk of hickory so I then threw in a small split of pecan.
