Dang I have to agree with NWDave about where has this site been. I've been playing around with Smoking for the last 8-10 years, but mainly Salmon, Ribs, and a few Turkeys. Sure glad Dave sent me the link, just wish he had waited till February when I'll be back home and could put some of the info to use.
