Enjoy cookin and grillin. Want to learn smokin, makin bacon, and sausage making.

Have a gas grill for burning hot dogs and such and a modified Old Smokey with amps for smoking. Just got a thermopop and used it a few times.

Trying to learn to end up with tender and flavorful meats.
