With all the chat about grinding meats and making sausage, I have fallen to temptation and bought a meat grinder/sausage stuffer for our Kitchen Aid machine. The unit looks very well made and I am looking forward to a new adventure. My Wife has infromed me that this will be my endeavor and she won't be involved but it is my hope that she will at least partake in the the product.

Also purchased that addition a while back. Grinder is great for small little batches. Haven't tried stuffing as I bought a 5# unit for that.

the stuffer will make you hate making sausage. save up to buy a dedicated stuffer, life will be wayyyy easier

I agree with billy bob using the kitchen aid for stuffing doesn’t work very well at all.
After using my kitchen aid for that purpose a few times I quickly bought a dedicated stuffer.
