My wife and me spent the day in South Philly today, this store had a sign that read "fresh chicken". Then a side door opened and a guy walks out to dump the trash. I look in the open door, and tell my wife they're not kidding.

I've never seen anything like that on the West Coast, not even in Chinatown.
