NOW " Sir Patrick Stewart " has passed away also Oct 28th 2026 RIP

He was 86, and a star of many projects.
But to me he will always be Jean-Luc Picard, of Star Trek: The Next Generation

RIP

It's sad that he died, but also fortunate. He was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and Lewy Body Dementia. I'm sure neither he nor his family and friends would want him to live through many years of those 2 horrible things getting worse.

I'm sure one of his best friends, Sir Ian McKellen, is heart-broken.
