Reminds me of those roomba vacuums. I use to use one.
It took just as long cleaning it as it did cleaning the floors.
Then, one day while cleaning the roomba I had an epiphany:
I had become....a vacuum cleaner.

We had a very low end Roomba clone for a while--it had been a gift. We didn't expect it to perform well, and it didn't. But it was great fun watching it confuse and annoy the dog.

My big question is even if it does work, how the hell do you then clean the gizmo? Mine did come with stainless brushes but still.

Perfect analogy...there's a reason they dont show video of people cleaning the Roomba OR the grill bot. It's not very sexy having to put grill and pan cleaning stuff in the dishwasher either...am I the only one who puts his dish-brushes and even sponges in the dishwasher periodically?

Nope. Sponges,brushes and their holders go in every other wash.
