Novice newbie that loves to smoke

I have a brinkman smoke n grill that I've used for 2 years now. It's fun and I've made some good food on it. Space is limited and the temp is hard to regulate. I want to get serious about smoking because I love to eat smoked foods!!! So I thought this was the perfect place to join!

Smoking a ham shank right now we will see how it turns out!
