My name is Dave I have been lurking here for about 6 months. I finally picked up a Masterbuilt xl propane smoker after reading the reviews on the site. Living in the North Thomson Valley of British Columbia Game and fish rtc. will be a big part of what I use the smoker on. I am looking forward to learning and smoking ......
