Not sure how this works

I am new to the smoking world and not sure how my used brinkmann smoker is supposed to be used! Any help would be awesome!

Brinkmann made alot of different smoker. A detailed description or better yet a pic of the smoker would be a great help.

Welcome to SMF...A smoker pic would be a lot more help. So you go to Culinary School, Internship or work your way through the Ranks? There are quite a few Pro Chef's, Awesome Cooks and some of the most knowledgeable Pit Masters I have ever seen. Everybody is here to help so you came to the right place...JJ
