A few weeks back I had triple bypass surgery to get my heart in shape for shoulder replacement. There was a time I used to think I was pretty tough. I was wrong. There are no tough guys, just guys that think they are tough. RAY

An older, tired-looking dog wandered into my yard.
I could tell from his collar and well-fed belly that he had a home and was well taken care of.
He calmly came over to me, and I gave him a few pats on his head.
He then followed me into my house, slowly walked down the hall, curled up in the corner and fell asleep.
An hour later, he went to the door, and I let him out.
The next day he was back, greeted me in my yard, walked inside and resumed his spot in the hall and again slept for about an hour.
This continued off and on for several weeks.
Curious I pinned a note to his collar:
“I would like to find out who the owner of this wonderful sweet dog is and ask if you are aware that almost every afternoon your dog comes to my house for a nap.”
The next day he arrived for his nap, with a different note pinned to his collar:
“He lives in a home with 6 children, 2 under the age of 3 – he’s trying to catch up on his sleep. Can I come with him tomorrow?”

Didnt know about the bypass. But remember you having the shoulder surgery. Glad to see your doing well post surgery.
And so very true....getting old aint for sissies.

Yep, my daughter's dog did the same thing when we took her for the weekends. Looking after 2 toddlers was tough work.

All great as usual Ray, I also did not know about the by-pass. Glad you are ok, and on the road to recovery . I actually thought you were away for just the shoulder work.

This actually made me laugh out loud, It is late so I am blaming being tired ( just dam funny )

Those are great . You sent me some , but hadn't seen them all . Glad Mike gave me a heads up . Jobsite stretching . You have to be there to really appreciate it .
Ray , I'd say you're pretty damn tough . Takes courage and faith just going in , then mental strength on the way back . I'm impressed bud .
