Not new to smoking, but now building my own- help!

Hello, so happy to be here!  Building my own wood smoker and looking for help with wood for structure.  No treated wood, but wondered if an SYP (southern yellow pine) plywood would work?  I wondered if the glue might present a problem?  I didn't think so, but worth floating past all my new friends here at SMF!
