I took the remains of a sirloin roast cubed it up added some bbq sauce and seasoning. Tossed it back into the smoker for about 3 hours at 225. No idea what the hell exactly it is but the wife and I enjoyed it with a little blue cheese dressing.


 
Looks tasty, I would have went with mashed taters but to each there own!:biggrin:
 
The boss took leftovers to work. Now they want more... Seems like a good excuse to smoke more!
