Hey everyone. Im new to the forums but ive been a visiting for a while. Im from Maine and have been smoking for about 3 years. Im a self described aspiring padawan. Ive used a bunch of setups. On occassion ive used kettle grill smokers and block pits. Currently im using a charbroil verticle propane unit. Its not the best but for weekend warrior smoking its not bad and ive managed to churn out some pretty top notch bbq with it. At some point im going to construct a permanent brick pit for more high end use but as of right now im down with propane and propane accessories.
