Hello all, the name is CJ. I moved to the north Houston (Spring/Woodlands specifically) area a couple of years ago and the brisket obsession started in shortly after. Now I'm obsessed with all things que and saving for a custom gator pit. Feel bad for the wife for the obsession, but envy her for all the delicious food... Happy to meet you all and look forward to receiving some sage wisdom. Or maybe it will be oak or mesquite, who knows.
