Hello from North Florida!   I’ve been reading this forum for months getting ideas… so I thought I should join.   I’ve been smoking meat for years on an old Craftsman vertical.   I bet at least a ton of Pork has seen that little smoker… But now I have a 120 gal tank and want to build a real smoker!   I’ll add a thread to the reverse flow build section as I know I have tons to learn.
