Hello from Minot, ND.  My name is Mike, and I've been smoking for years, usually using a dependable little Weber smoker.  I am undertaking a big project now, however, to build a smoke house.  Will have pictures as I go, and will likely be asking for advice.

I am just a few miles north of you! I have a smoker build that is propane powered, thermostatically controlled with electronic ignition for the pilot light in case your going propane powered and have questions.
