I recently got an Old Country Picos and did my first smoke on it a few weeks ago.
It was a short cook, chicken and pork tenderloins.
I plan on doing another this weekend.
I'm going to do a couple of racks of ribs which I feel comfortable with.
Question I have is I have a small ( 1 1/2 Lb) Brisket flat the wife picked up somewhere.
Is that too small to smoke? I'm wondering if since it's so small will it get much smoke or a decent bark?
I doubt it will take it very long to cook.
