I was all set to buy a lang smoker.. Then I decided i am way to lazy for all that work,  Bought the MES from sams 299.00 Mav 732 & ordered the a maze from Todd.. Now just wait for all the goddies to arrive.. Its seasoning right now then the ribs will be on it...  O happy day..

An its a good weekend because the Tri Sate BBQ comp is in town... Dothan, Al
