West Michigan old fart boat captain "absolute know nothing" is converting the exact GE fridge that FlyboyTR did awhile back with electric, but this one is with a Smoke Daddy Pellet Pro (BTW great folks to work with).

My brother in law had a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving that was so incredible, I wanted to do some smokin' (no inhaling of course) of my own.  He admitted his electric smoker sucked in the dead of winter with temp control, so I began my own investigation.

I must confess, "Reefer Madness" and its creator brought me to this place and project.  Being from Wisconsin, he was obviously smoking in worse temp conditions than we have.  When he said he could do a hands off smoke for over 12 hours, I was sold.

What I may end up with is a pretty and sweet working smoker, with no idea how to use it.  So I will keep reading and learning.
