Brisket burnt ends in my Ninja PC/AC.
Easy recipe i just eyed everything..
My brisket was from a packer that got trimmed, weigh is 2.5lbs. and salt black pepper for rub
eyed brown sugar, honey, bbq sauce. apple cider vinegar and garlic. (minced) I did not trim the fat off brisket
Add ACV and garlic to the pot, add brisket and PC for 6 mins, after do a NR for 5 mins. You can leave the liquid or drain off (i drained) Mix together the brown sugar, honey and bbq sauce, pour half onto the meat, place meat back in PC and use the AC at 300 for 8 mins turning meat at the 4 min mark. Add remaing sauce mix and AC at 400 for 15 mins, sauce will thicken and get sticky. You can add butter while AC if you wish.
Flat from the brisket.
Cubed and sauced, toss around.
Add to pressure cooker
After PC add more sauce and close the AF lid
All done sticky sweet and yummy.
