Thought I did this but don't see it so I guess I didn't do it right.  I'm new to smoking except for a turkey twenty years ago. I live in Fletcher OK, work at Fort Sill, can't tell yoiu what I do or I'd have to kill ya!!  Actually I do computer support in the hospital.  I live on 160 acres and raise cattle and poultry and feed horses.  I raise and sell pasture raised heritage turkeys, I may try smoking some for Christmas.  Brother in law smoked one for Thanksgiving and it was fantastic.  I bought a Bradley digital electric smoker online and when it gets here I will commence to get all the wrong things to do accomplished.
