Located 40 miles out of Minneapolis . Have a new masterbuilt 40 electric with the small chip tray. Will be purchasing the AMNS. I might have to drive to the factory and pick one up. I live next to the inlaws farm which has Beef, turkeys, chickens, ducks and they are raising 4 pigs this summer.
This has been my go to site for information. I am looking forward to the learning process and the great food. My garage fridge is full of beer and a brining chicken.
