Well you guys and gals got me. I am new to smoking and this forum...  Glad to be here.

I have sat back and read the forum and of course, looked at the pics... Wow, hungry again.

I bought the Master Forge from Lowes, it's terrific, I think.   I did the gasket thing and now I need to keep the smoke coming, seems like every 30 minutes I am adding water and chunks... 

Every body calls me lucky, I earned it on the golf course.... 

I ride motorcycles for fun now and smoke ribs, fish, and stuff. 

So I am just learning and loving it
