Newbie's first try....

Not much of a fish person, but thought I'd try some salmon since my girlfriend loves it...might as well kill two birds with one stone :) Anyway, it turned out super...soft, flaky, and moist. Be it known that I'm as new to smoking as I am to this forum, so I'll try to attach a pic...if it doesn't work...well, like I said..I'm a newbie!
