Greetings from Omaha... I'm origonally from NE Jersey, now living in the midwest. While quite the accomplished Italian & Seafood cook, my smoking skills are somewhat lacking... As far as grilling goes, I have the standard Weber Kettle.. and now own a New Braunfels El Dorado Grande thanks to a friend getting a divorce :) It's not been used alot, and I'll admit I'm quite the virgin here... bout of course my overly cute g/f loves smoked foods so I have an alternative thought process here.
If someone could point me in a direction to get me started I would very much appreciate it.
Also, if anyone has a copy of the manuals for this grill I would pay for a copy. I checked with Charbroil and they do not have it, so I'm off searching.
