Hi everyone! my name is Ricky and I live in Texas. I was invited to this site by Robert. I met Robert on a motorcycle ride in '08 and we been best friends ever since. I have a Camp Chef Woodwind 24" with a sear box. I'm not totally new to BBQing, I've done a few briskets, turkeys, chickens on my pellet grill. This last Chrimas was my first time doing a prime rib roast and it came out great! I also survived Robert's epic prime rib dinner last Saturday. The pics don't do justice to what a great meal that was!! Hopefully with the knowledge I gain from this site I'll be able to challenge Robert to a cook-off one day. But for now I'm still a tenderfoot in training :emoji_wink:

Good afternoon and welcome from a cloudy and cool day here in East Texas
