I'm from Ohio and I am in the process of building a 500gal rf smoker. So I'm sure I will have some questions for u guys .This site has all ready helped me alot .Thx for all the time u guys put into it .

Welcome Scooter! 500G?! As they say, go big or go home. Best of luck! Not sure if you have it but Franklin's book has some good info on smoker design and construction. The brisket info won't hurt either :)
