Hello, my name is Jody and I live in the eastern Texas panhandle. My hobbies are hunting, fishing, and cooking. I have a large insulated vertical smoker that my father, son and I built and a 22" weber kettle that is my favorite to cook on. We smoke meat or grill at our house year round and make a lot of venison sausage during deer season. I would one day like to do some competition cooking but usually don't have time between work and chasing kids. Thanks for the welcome and I look forward to chatting and learning new ideas.
