Hi I am John from the west side of Michigan.  I make my living working on computers.  I am married with 2 kids and one dog(Tiger my smoking buddy).  I currently have a Masterbuilt smoker and a Smokin Wedgie for cold smoking.  I am interested in learning on how to make bacon and meat curing.
